At Smart Hair Towel™ (SmartTwistie™), we take pride in delivering premium, hygienic, and patented hair-care products. To protect the quality, safety, and integrity of our products, we have established the following Return & Refund Policy. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Return Eligibility Window

Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which it was received
  • The item must be in its original packaging, including all inserts and labels
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

For hygiene and personal-care reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used hair towels.


Non-Returnable & Partial Refund Conditions

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened or used Smart Hair Towels™
  • Items missing original packaging
  • Products purchased from third-party retailers
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Certain health and personal-care items
  • Items returned that do not meet our return eligibility requirements—including those that are opened, used, damaged, or missing original packaging (not due to our error)—may be eligible for partial refunds or deemed non-refundable at our discretion.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at support@SmartHairTowel.com within 30 days of delivery and include:

  1. Your order number
  2. The reason for the return

We will respond within 48 hours with return instructions if your request is approved.


Return Shipping Cost

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the total refund amount, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a damaged or incorrect item).

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items and are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


Inspection & Approval

Once your return is received:

  • We will inspect the item and packaging
  • If the return meets eligibility requirements, it will be approved
  • If the item is opened, used, damaged, or missing packaging, it will be rejected and not returned to the sender

Refund Method & Issuance

If your return is approved:

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase. Once a return is received, inspected, and approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and any applicable return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (posting times vary)
  3. Contact your bank (processing times may apply)

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. Approved exchanges will be replaced with the same item at no additional cost.


Gifts

  • If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once the return is approved
  • If the gift was shipped to the purchaser first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser

Smart Hair Towel™ / SmartTwistie™ is a premium, patented personal-care product.
For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, returned or used towels cannot be resold. These policies ensure every customer receives a new, unused, and sanitary product.
