If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items and are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase. Once a return is received, inspected, and approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and any applicable return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount. If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. Approved exchanges will be replaced with the same item at no additional cost.
