We want every Smart Hair Towel™ order to arrive correctly and in good condition. Please review the shipping, return, exchange, and refund terms below before placing your order.
Orders are processed and shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer at checkout.
Shipping charges, available delivery methods, and any free-shipping promotions are displayed at checkout when applicable.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Smart Hair Towel™ is not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Delivery estimates are estimates only. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery time.
For purchases made directly through SmartHairTowel.com, orders are considered final after shipment, except when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Because hair towels are personal-use textile products, we do not accept returns based on a change of mind, color preference, hair length, head size, or selection of the wrong size after the order has shipped.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact customer support as soon as possible after delivery.

Include clear photographs of the item and packaging when requested.
Keep the product and original packaging until customer support provides instructions.
After the issue is reviewed and approved, Smart Hair Towel™ may provide an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the circumstances.
Exchanges are generally limited to approved cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise. We cannot guarantee that a requested color or size will be available for replacement.
When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method when possible. Processing time after approval may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund results from an error by Smart Hair Towel™ or an approved damaged, defective, or incorrect-item claim.
