How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location and carrier.
Can I track my order?

Do you ship internationally?

No. Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used Smart Hair Towels™ are non-returnable and non-refundable.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement if the issue is confirmed.
