Place the cap over your head with the elastic band sitting below your hairline and across the back of your neck. Make sure all of your hair is inside the cap. Gently pull the elastic band downward to extend the cap. This activates the built-in contraction that creates a secure, balanced fit around your head.
Twist your hair once or twice firmly (based on how snug you prefer), then continue twisting lightly and loosely for the remaining length. The towel is designed to wrap — not squeeze.
③ Bring It Over
Lift the twisted section and bring it up and over the top of your head toward the elastic band. Keep the twist smooth and aligned with the shape of the cap.
