Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact support@SmartHairTowel.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and any supporting photos.
Refused or Unclaimed Packages
Packages that are refused or unclaimed and returned to us may be subject to additional shipping fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
